To download and install the software:
Instructions can be found in the on-line Help files following the software installation. Demonstration files can be loaded from the Designs folder in the install directory.
Manuals and tutorials can be downloaded from the Manuals page.
A Product Key is emailed to users following purchase. The Product Key is entered when the software is run for the first time.
To install SupportIT, SupportIT Lite or SPAN for a 2 week (50 uses) trial period:
The software's copy protection can be managed by a network server or any station on a network which has internet access, with a specified number of simultaneous users anywhere on the network at any time. A roaming option allows a license to be transferred from the network to a laptop or home computer for a specified time, and automatically returned to the network at the end of this period.
There is no additional charge for network installations, but the option should be requested when ordering as the Product Key needs to be set for network use. Additional files are required for network installations, and these can be downloaded from the table above. Full instructions for installing on a network are available in the NetworkInstallation file included in the download.
Specify you want the network option when you order: do this by entering a note in the space available for this at the checkout, or by separate email.
